BAYTOWN, Texas (January 7, 2016)  John M. Floyd & Associates (JMFA), the leading consultant for banks and credit unions nationwide, has named long-time regional director Mark Roe as national sales director for the company’s profit and performance enhancement consulting services. Roe will lead all sales efforts, as well as training initiatives to support JMFA’s strategies that lead to long-term stability for its clients.

Roe, who has more than 30 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, joined JMFA as a consultant in 1996. He became a regional director of sales for the Northeast market in 2001, and in late 2009 he began working with financial institutions in his home state of Texas, along with Arkansas and New Mexico. Throughout that time, he has been a major contributor to expanding the company’s consulting services reach by implementing revenue enhancement, expense management and process improvement initiatives in his service areas to improve branch, account holder and staffing profitability for clients.

Roe received his degree in finance from Abilene Christian University and is also a graduate of The School for Bank Administration at The University of Wisconsin.
