As JMFA’s Regional Director for the Pacific Northwest area, Rob works with community banks and credit unions to help them implement responsible and compliant product offerings to create sustainable revenue and provide improved account holder service. Given the growing cost of regulatory compliance and digital transformation, while balancing evolving consumer needs, he brings more than 20 years of experience in providing effective solutions for financial institutions through strategic development, client consulting, technology, expense reduction, contract negotiations and sales.
