Rebecca Minor – Regional Director
Rebecca joined JMFA with more than 16 years of experience in Fintec, traditional financial services and sales. With her background in account management, business development, human resources management, team building and client collaboration, she is recognized for cultivating relationships and utilizing creative strategies to generate revenue and reach performance goals.
Prior to joining JMFA, Rebecca was a senior account executive at Local JobNetwork where she consulted with C-Level executives to improve HR processes to reduce the cost and administrative challenges related to securing the most qualified job candidates. Additionally, she was a strategic account manager with FIS where she served as primary client liaison and relationship manager for community banks in 11 states. Rebecca was acknowledged for her ability to understand client needs and identify the most effective solutions in the payments/digital space, and IT services management. As a small business account executive at US Bank, she consulted with customers and prospects to develop successful SBA lending relationships. She was named to the Presidents Club multiple times for exceeding annual performance goals.
Rebecca received an Associates degree in business management and certification in human resources from Cardinal Stritch University in Wisconsin.

Susan Prell – Regional Director
Susan joined JMFA in 2013 with more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. She began her career with Dain Bosworth, now RBC Wealth Management, selling institutional fixed income products to banks and insurance companies. Her expertise includes business development, relationship management, project management, sales strategies, operations and wealth management with Dunham & Associates, Inc.; Associated Bank Investment Services, Inc.; Piper Jaffray and TCF Bank.
Susan has been an active volunteer for Children’s Cancer Research Fund for several years and served as Co-Chair of the organization’s 2011 Gala. She currently is on the Nomination Board for the Leukemia Lymphoma Society in Minneapolis.
She studied finance and business at Normandale College and University of Phoenix.
