Mark Roe – Executive Vice President of National Sales
Mark currently assists with leading all sales efforts for the company, as well as training initiatives to support JMFA’s strategies that lead to long-term stability for its clients. With more than 34 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, he has held multiple positions in the company from consulting to sales and business development.Prior to joining JMFA, Mark was a sales manager in the Texas market for a major bank with headquarters on the West coast. His experience also includes managing the accounting, budgeting, cash management, operations and credit administration functions for community banks in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Mark received his degree in finance from Abilene Christian University and is also a graduate of The School for Bank Administration at The University of Wisconsin.

Terry LaFontaine – Regional Director
Terry joined JMFA with more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry. His expertise includes sales process management, marketing, business development, team leadership and management, CRM technologies and market analysis. He is experienced in building high-performance teams that deliver creative and profitable solutions for financial institutions and is a proven thought leader in industry best practices.
Prior to joining JMFA, Terry was vice president/regional director for Kasasa where he developed strategic plans for branding community-powered products to drive profit and growth opportunities for community financial institutions. He was senior sales executive for Cardtronics and senior district sales executive for Main Street Checks where he led sales efforts and produced a unique and successful prospecting process to identify new business opportunities. He was awarded four consecutive President’s Circle Awards. Terry was also regional director of sales at Buzz Points Rewards where he was responsible for introducing a new national rewards platform for the banking industry. He held various leadership positions at Deluxe Corporation where he excelled in sales, business acquisition and development, staff training, team management and client consulting.
Terry has a Bachelors degree in finance from the University of Wisconsin.
