Mark Roe – Executive Vice President of National Sales
Mark currently assists with leading all sales efforts for the company, as well as training initiatives to support JMFA’s strategies that lead to long-term stability for its clients. With more than 34 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, he has held multiple positions in the company from consulting to sales and business development.Prior to joining JMFA, Mark was a sales manager in the Texas market for a major bank with headquarters on the West coast. His experience also includes managing the accounting, budgeting, cash management, operations and credit administration functions for community banks in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
Mark received his degree in finance from Abilene Christian University and is also a graduate of The School for Bank Administration at The University of Wisconsin.

Joe Marsh – Regional Director
Joe joined JMFA with more than 20 years of industry experience in sales, new business development, relationship management, mobile and online banking solutions, financial analytics and contract negotiations. He has worked for financial institutions, as well as industry service providers, where he was responsible for developing and implementing strategies that would ensure excellent consumer service and help institutions meet their distinctive performance goals.
Prior to joining JMFA, Joe was an Account Executive with Fiserv EFT Card Services. He was also Vice President, Commercial Card Specialist at Fifth Third Bank; Vice President, Technical Sales at RBS Citizens; Vice President, Relationship Manager at JPMorgan Chase and Manager of Business Development at American Express Corporate Card Services. By working with both internal and external partners, Joe has become keenly aware of how to effectively address the revenue generation and cost-cutting challenges and opportunities facing banks and credit unions today.
An Indiana native, Joe earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Sales and Marketing, with a minor in Finance, from Ball State University.
