Jim joined JMFA with more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry. His direct experience within a financial institution includes holding senior management positions as a Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer and Chief Marketing Officer. Additionally, Jim has served the banking and credit union industries, where he effectively consulted various C-Suite members on performance improvement strategies, operations efficiency and market share enhancement strategies.
Before joining JMFA, Jim was a Director of Business Development with Lightstream, a full-service marketing agency serving the banking and credit union industries. While at Lightstream, he helped bank and credit union clients with various strategic projects, such as developing marketing plans, brand and culture training, peer benchmarking, marketing and sales alignment and more.
