As Regional Director, Donna is responsible for expanding JMFA’s client base in the mid-Atlantic markets of Delaware, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina and District of Columbia. An experienced business owner and successful contributor to a technology-based startup, she specializes in business-to-business relationship building. Having recruited and maintained long-term clients, Donna appreciates the importance of onboarding, training and nurturing throughout the customer life cycle. Skilled at project management, she has worked with customers and clients at all levels of an organization to guide projects from inception to completion. Known for working with customers ranging from the individual to the institutional, Donna can provide new and existing clients with a level of service that has sustained JMFA for more than 38 years. Tech-savvy and a graduate of New Hampshire’s Plymouth State College, Donna earned degrees in Business and Foreign Language, and is fluent in Spanish.
