With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry in positions of increasing responsibility, Crissandra Fry joined JMFA as Regional Director for the Pacific Northwest Territory. Crissandra’s deep experience in all phases of operations, including sales, training, human resources and customer service – combined with her consultative approach to problem solving – make her an ideal fit for her role with JMFA. 

Prior to joining the team, Crissandra served as Account Executive at PSCU, a credit union service organization, based in Seattle. In her role, Crissandra developed and executed customized account plans to help credit unions with payment solutions. Before joining PSCU, she worked for Northwest Credit Union Association (NWCUA) and CU Solutions Group (CUSG), offering solutions to address challenges in the areas of human resources, marketing, technology and member enhancement programs. She also worked for Seattle Metropolitan Credit Union and Washington State Employees Credit Union (WSECU), where she led branch operations that served members throughout the Pacific Northwest.

Crissandra, a long-time resident of Newcastle, Washington, graduated from University of Phoenix with a Master of Arts in Organizational Management.
