Billy joined JMFA with nearly a decade of experience assisting community banks and credit unions in identifying and implementing a wide range of financial products to help them reach their strategic goals. He is an accomplished relationship builder skilled in account management and collaborating with financial institutions of all sizes to find the best solutions for their individual situations.

Before joining JMFA, Billy was associated with Harland Clarke. During his tenure with the company, he held the role of Account Executive covering five states. He was awarded the Pinnacle Performer Award in 2022 for top performance in the Financial Services Division. His extensive consulting experience with financial institutions throughout Virginia and the Mid-Atlantic gives him strong insight into the issues confronting community banks and credit unions and their account holders’ financial needs.

Billy received a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Roanoke College. An avid basketball fan, he spent 20+ years as a high school coach, where his teams won three Virginia State Championships.
