Charles has specialized in executive recruiting and project management for more than 20 years. He has a solid background in all facets of Executive Search and has extensive experience dealing with retained search at the President/CEO level. His expertise also includes executive assessment/coaching, training and management of new recruiters in the industry as well as client management and development. Charles has been a speaker on HR related topics such as “Succession Planning,” “Retention Strategies,” “Career Advice” and “How to Attract Top Talent.”
Prior to joining JMFA, he worked for several years as a recruiting executive in large recruiting firms, specializing in financial institutions for retained, contingency and contract/project placement. Prior experience also includes placing top executives in the areas of finance and accounting as well as engineering. The avid outdoorsman received a Bachelor of Business Administration from Angelo State University, is a member of the Society for Human Resource Management and has received his SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) and CFS (Certified Financial Supplier) certifications.

Kim joined JMFA Recruitment Services team in 2012 after more than 20 years of experience with two of the world’s largest international recruiting organizations. She has dedicated her career to delivering solutions that help financial institutions overcome their daily staffing challenges, serving in a variety of positions over the years including senior staffing specialist, branch manager, business development officer and executive search consultant.
Kim’s success in locating highly qualified, high-impact candidates spans virtually every position and every size and type of financial institution. She has a proven track record of successful searches for C-level executives, controllers, commercial lenders, business development officers, accounting and finance personnel, auditors, portfolio managers, credit analysts, underwriters, and professionals in marketing, human resources, compliance, operations, quantitative analytics and risk management. Clients have included de novo financial institutions, community and regional organizations, mega-banks, credit unions and financial services companies. Kim’s prior experience includes recruitment and placement of entry level to upper-level management positions across a wide range of industries. Previously she worked with the Vista Search Group/MRINetwork, specializing in the banking and financial services arena.

Tim is experienced in all aspects of retained executive search with a focus on lending, finance and technology. He also specializes in project management, candidate sourcing and training.
Prior to joining JMFA in 2011, Tim worked with a nationwide executive search firm for five years specializing in banks and credit unions. Previous experience also includes working for a Fortune 100 organization in sales as an account executive. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration from North Central University in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Mark joined JMFA as Executive Search Director for the recruitment services group in 2012. He has been in the executive search and staff augmentation business for more than 20 years in a variety of roles including business development, division manager, contract and executive recruiter. Prior to that, Mark spent 10 years in the Savings & Loan industry as a Branch Manager, Group Manager and Internal Consultant. He was a Project Manager for a firm that supplied resources to the Resolution Trust Corporation (RTC), including accountants, loan auditors, asset managers and paralegals, and assisted in the transition of employees when a financial institution was shut down.
Mark earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Southern Illinois University.

Michael Hoyt is an Executive Search Director with JMFA and has over eight years of experience in executive-level recruiting. He is responsible for directing and engaging C-suite level candidates for financial institutions. His strategic and consultative approach has enabled him to source and retain high-level professionals from a variety of different industries. Prior to joining JMFA, Michael worked for several companies in the Oil and Gas industry and has close to five years of experience in Human Resources. His expertise also includes: organizational development, employee relations, succession planning, and employment law.
Michael graduated from the University of Mississippi with a Bachelor of Arts Degree, majoring in Political Science and a minor in Business Administration.

Prior to joining JMFA, he spent 10 years as an owner of an insurance agency providing financial products across the board. He is proficient in all aspects of Human Resources including recruitment of executives, contract placement, and employee relations.
Brad received his BA in Political Science from the University of Kentucky and formerly held his Series 6 and 63 certifications.
