PRESS RELEASE: CUNA Strategic Services adds JMFA Recruitment Expertise to Alliance

NEW AGREEMENT ADDS EXTENSIVE RECRUITMENT SOLUTIONS FOR CREDIT UNIONS

MADISON, Wis. (June 07, 2016) – CUNA Strategic Services (CSS) Inc., has announced an expansion of its strategic alliance agreement with John M. Floyd & Associates (JMFA) that will provide credit unions with access to highly qualified executive and senior management talent through JMFA Recruitment Services. This agreement expands the alliance between CSS and JMFA that dates back to 2003.

Due to their experience, vast network of contacts and extensive involvement in the financial services sector, JMFA has a unique understanding of the industry as well as the challenges credit unions of all sizes face as they search for the leadership necessary to sustain excellent performance. In addition to executive placements, JMFA Recruitment Services assists in finding and engaging top talent for non-executive and managerial positions, as well as staffing for special projects or on a contract basis.

“As more and more credit unions are faced with the dilemma of replacing seasoned executives who are reaching retirement age – or adding experienced managerial or technical expertise to key business operations – finding and recruiting top talent is critical,” said Todd Spiczenski, Chief Products & Services Officer of CUNA. “The addition of JMFA Recruitment Services to our alliance relationship allows us to provide credit unions the very best in recruiting services for the industry.”

Spiczenski continued, “It has always been our goal to provide credit unions with the best resources possible. We believe this agreement – which reinforces the trust and confidence we have in JMFA’s track record of excellence – will give credit unions the tools and expert advice necessary to access the talent they need to grow and adapt as the industry changes.”

According to Charles Shanley, executive vice president of JMFA Recruitment Services, “This agreement with CSS is a natural fit, given our mutual long-standing commitment to providing excellent service and support to the credit union industry.  We are extremely pleased to extend our full complement of strategic sourcing and recruiting services to credit unions that are looking for comprehensive staffing resources so they can meet and exceed their strategic goals.

Additional JMFA products and services included in the strategic alliance include: Courtesy Pay/Overdraft Programs, Contract Negotiations
