JMFA News: Paul McFarland promoted to Engagement Manager

JANUARY 2018

During our recent JMFA employee meeting, several personnel promotions and recognition announcements were made to acknowledge the accomplishments and dedication of our JMFA family members. This month’s spotlight is on Paul McFarland who has been promoted to Engagement Manager. In this position, Paul will maintain relationships with financial institutions throughout the U.S. and provide on-going consulting and guidance for JMFA OVERDRAFT PRIVILEGE® clients. 


Paul began his professional career as a teller in 2001. Subsequently, he worked his way up the ladder through involvement in every aspect of financial institution functions—through sales, operations, lending, management, accounting and special projects. He joined JMFA in 2015 as an engagement consultant.

“Paul has a strong analytical mind and outstanding client relationship skills,” said JMFA EVP John Cohron, “This combination—along with his extensive industry experience—makes him a knowledgeable resource for our clients and a highly valuable asset to the company’s success.”
