Bob Bearden has joined JMFA as regional director for California and Nevada. He brings more than 30 years of expertise – as a vendor to the financial services industry, as well as a bank and credit union employee – to this new role. Learn more about Bob’s extensive industry career and the resources he brings to institutions in his region.
Prior to joining JMFA, Bob was client relationship manager with CRIF, a major provider of loan origination programs for financial institutions. He also worked for WFS Financial Services, which is now part of Wells Fargo, as well as University and State Employees Credit Union (USECU) and California Coast Credit Union in San Diego, California. He was also affiliated with the Michigan Credit Union Leagues’ CU Solutions Group, where he helped credit unions improve performance and add value for their members.
“We are excited to have Bob on board,” commented JMFA Chairman and CEO John M. Floyd. “He has seen the financial services sector from all sides which gives him valuable insight into the circumstances they face every day. His unique mix of industry knowledge and experience in sales, consulting and management makes him a perfect fit for our team.”
Based in San Diego, Bob is looking forward to working with banks and credit unions throughout his territory to help them incorporate profitability and expense-savings strategies that will differentiate them from the competition. “As banks and credit unions continue to struggle to maintain a healthy bottom line, JMFA provides reliable strategies that significantly increase income, reduce expenses and improve account holder services,” he said. “I have followed the company throughout my career and am honored to be a part of the company.”
