Mark Roe

With more than 25 years of experience in the banking and financial services industry, Mark joined JMFA as a Consultant in 1996. After four-plus years in the field managing projects providing consultation and support for JMFA clients, he became a Regional Director of sales efforts for the Northeast market. Later he then began working with financial institutions in his home state of Texas, plus Arkansas and New Mexico. Currently Mark is responsible for all sales efforts, as well as training initiatives in support of the performance enhancement group of consulting services. He continues to be a major contributor in the areas of revenue enhancement, expense management and re-engineering to assist clients with improving workflow and branch operations, as well as account holder and staffing profitability.

Prior to joining JMFA, Mark managed the accounting, budgeting, cash management, operations and credit administration functions for community banks in the Dallas/Fort Worth area. He received his degree in Finance from Abilene Christian University and is also a graduate of The School for Bank Administration at The University of Wisconsin.

Kelly Flynn

National Sales Director – JMFA Contract Optimizer

Kelly is the National Sales Director for JMFA Contract Optimizer and has over 15 years of sales and management experience. She currently leads a team whose charter is to optimize the value of every third party vendor contract or agreement to help further the strategic vision of each and every financial institution with whom she works. Kelly has experience helping financial institutions of all sizes.

Prior to joining JMFA in 2008, Kelly held positions in various organizations, which included: HarlandClarke, John H. Harland, Liberty Checks and Services and Bayou Federal Credit Union.

Kelly graduated from Baylor University with a B.A. in Communications and Business Administration. She has also completed numerous sales, negotiations and communications courses from several well-known companies. She is married and has two children, enjoys numerous activities such as cooking, reading and traveling. Kelly is also passionate about and works with the Salvation Army Angels program and her local church in an attempt to provide needy children with a fulfilling holiday experience.
