Derrik joined ADVANTAGE with more than 17 years of experience in the financial services industry, specializing in sales, operations, and retail banking and indirect lending services. His leadership experience, along with product evaluation and implementation knowledge, has provided banks and credit unions with effective business strategies and profitable solutions for building stronger account holder relationships.

Prior to joining ADVANTAGE, Derrik was a regional sales manager for CRIF Select where he consulted with credit unions and banks regarding underwriting, pricing and credit scoring for indirect auto lending strategies. As an area account manager for CU Direct, he worked closely with the Nebraska Credit Union League to help credit unions statewide evaluate data and utilize market analysis to build effective indirect lending programs. As a loan officer for Mutual First Federal Credit Union, Derrik enhanced the service experience for businesses and retail account holders, while meeting or exceeding monthly lending goals. He began his career as a branch manager for US Bank where he excelled in sales and was actively involved in operations and customer service initiatives.
