Executive Recruiter

The Recruiter will possess an extensive knowledge of business principles and practices of the executive recruiting discipline and should have a proven success record of working a full desk cycle. He/she should be equally versed in business development and candidate recruiting practices; have a strong comfort level working with and negotiating with senior management.  Exposure to providing recruiting services to financial institutions is key and having an understanding of how financial institutions are structured is required. The recruiter will need to be entrepreneurial-minded as he/she will play a significant role in the continued development of this practice area. In addition to industry expertise, the recruiter will be able to assume leadership responsibilities, be a proactive problem solver, an effective leader and a superior communicator. The recruiter should have excellent PC skills in a Windows environment, including MSWord, MSExcel, and MSOutlook.

  • Banking and credit union executive placement (Retained & Contingency)
  • Banking and credit union middle management placement
  • Accounting and Finance Placement, within financial institutions
  • IT/Technology Placement within financial institutions
  • Investment banking placement
  • Brokerage placement, both within banks and brokerage firms
  • Insurance Sr management/Sr sales placement
  • Mortgage placement, both within banks and private practice

Minimum Requirements: 

Five years of quantified billing success. (Minimum standards of $200-$250K in past billings)
