Rebecca Minor joins JMFA with more than 16 years of experience in Fintec, traditional financial services and sales. Derrik Mather has spent more than 17 years in the industry, specializing in sales, operations, retail banking and indirect lending services. His leadership experience—along with product evaluation and implementation knowledge—have provided banks and credit unions with effective business strategies and profitable solutions for building stronger account holder relationships. Noel Sanger joins JMFA with more than 20 years of experience in banking and credit union leadership, sales and operational management. As an accomplished senior level executive, he is skilled in revenue generation, market expansion and creating new business opportunities. His background includes extensive involvement in providing strategic direction to help organizations improve business practices and community outreach. Wendi Lewis brings more than 30 years of experience in the financial services industry, both from a vendor’s perspective and through bank leadership positions. Her expertise includes management, relationship building, operational design, planning, software and customer service training, and marketing.
