Dick Kendall, Senior Trainer John M. Floyd & Associates, Baytown, Texas

Dick Kendall joined the JMFA team in 1994 to provide training and to support change for the company’s clients. Mr. Kendall is a featured speaker at state and national conventions and has published numerous articles on the subject of marketing and sales training. His book, Nobody Told Me I'd have to Sell (Carol Publishing, New York), has sold thousands of copies in both the U.S. and Brazil.

Prior to joining JMFA, Kendall was a founding officer and director of marketing for Allied Bancshares, Inc. In 1984, Fortune magazine named Allied the eleventh most successful service company in the U.S. for the previous decade.

After initiating the marketing programs that took Allied to the top, Kendall left the company in 1976 to form Kendall Marketing. Since then, Kendall has worked for over 400 companies, helping them increase sales and profits.
